Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting & Analytics Support: Monitor Procurement performance metrics such as process efficiency and effectiveness, project implementation success, delivery timeliness, cost-effectiveness, and value realization, offering feedback for improvement in reporting. Analyze procurement data, generate actionable intelligence reports, respond to ad-hoc reporting needs, provide support for decision-making, and process optimization.

  • Data Management: Support efforts in data cleansing, data quality, re-classification, standardization, documentation of data provenance and governance. Provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement in reporting and data analytics.

  • Implementation and Maintenance: Responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of procurement reporting tools, ensuring data integrity and system stability. Leads the run/maintain efforts for procurement reporting tools including SaaS tools, dashboards, and reports.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Engage with diverse cross-functional teams including digital & tech, finance, regulatory, compliance, operations, GES, and legal departments, to support continuous improvement and implementation projects.

  • Training and Development: Support training initiatives for continuous professional development and team performance enhancement.

    You Bring:

  • Minimum Bachelors' Degree in a related field.

  • 1-3 years' relevant experience required.

  • Data-minded mentality and the ability to analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities and risks.

  • Attention to detail and an understanding of data integrity.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Knowledge of procurement software and systems.

  • Adaptable and agile learner.

  • Team player.
