Job Description
Oracle Learning Cloud is Oracle HCM's learning management and learning experience cloud service that enables enterprises to run compliance, personal development, and professional development training for their employees. We are looking for a self-motivated, meticulous person with strong interpersonal skills and critical thinking capabilities to join our team and pursue innovative ways of delivering user-centered solutions and business value to our customers.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for enabling customers to get the most value from their cloud service subscription, providing both functional and implementation guidance and best practices to realize that. While simultaneously assessing and collecting feedback for continual product innovation and improvement.

Collaborate and advise customers on best practices, implementation plans, and solutions for their unique and diverse business challenges pertaining to learning and talent development
Develop solution guides, best practices and other collateral
Foster partnerships with key strategic customers and drive innovation
Qualifications
10+ years of implementation or practitioner experience in the learning management and learning experience domains
Knowledge of Oracle's HCM Learning Cloud service is ideal
Able to think strategically and critically in order to solve complex problems
Ability to gather complex requirements and translate them into a detailed plan for execution
Comfortable working across time zones with team members and customers in other parts of the world
Familiarity with agile processes and Jira is a plus
BA Business Administrator or BS Computer Science would be ideal

US: Hiring Range: from $120,300 to $291,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
