Pay rate: $25 - $30 per hour + $1,500 sign-on bonus potential Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent experience in landscaping, trades, or specialty floor care. * Two to five years of mechanical experience, including electrical plumbing and carpentry. * Valid driver's license to be able to travel between property sites. Maintenance Technician responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair commercial properties. Tasks include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance. Utilize lifts and ladders for tasks, complete paperwork accurately, and maintain the cleanliness of facilities. Physical demands of this position include lifting 50 pounds and working at heights in various environments.
