Cargill Sales Enablement Manager in Pulilan, Philippines

Job Purpose and Impact

The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for executing the sales enablement strategy. In this role, you will design & implement sales capabilities building program (ie Sales Competency Model aligned with Cargill Sales Framework, KAM Model) and support talent performance & development process including Individual Development Plans. You will be involved in continuous improvement, sales training on sales processes, tools adoption and onboarding programs to enable increased engagement and effectiveness for the sales organization.

Key Accountabilities

  • Sales Capability Build Program

  • Design & Implement Sales Capabilities Building Program (ie, Global Sales Competency Model, Cargill Sales Framework, KAM Model, Technical Excellence Program)

  • Partner with marketing, technical, product and HR teams to ensure development and utilization of effective and efficient sales training and development tools and collateral.

  • Establish, implement and assess current capability levels in commercial excellence for CAN and establish L&D plans to continuously upgrade sales capabilities in the business

  • Support Talent Performance & Development Process

  • Partner with the sales team leads and HR to create sales coaching program for sales managers to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, processes and tools required to lead their sales teams effectively.

  • Identify and manage the core set of metrics needed to measure sales learning and development progress

  • Implement & Measure success of Onboarding Program

  • Ensure consistent deployment of the onboarding program across segment to warrant quick adaption to Cargill Sales Framework

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 3 or more years experience managing or working with Commercial Teams with Commercial Excellence knowhow specific to Sales Enablement

  • Able to hold people accountable

  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must have good interpersonal skills and can effectively work at all levels in the organization .

  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills, English language skills, computer literate

  • Enable to provide the leadership, manage cultural difference, change and coach the team on the areas of responsibilities to achieve the result

  • Must possess creativity. Can work effectively with all levels in the organization

  • Must be adept in numbers and posses conceptual skills

  • Can work independently

  • Must be assertive and collaborative
