Job Description:

Working independently provides oversight and expert technical guidance on moderate to highly complex industrial process engineering designs involving chemical piping systems, relief valve sizing, pump system hydraulics, equipment sizing, vendor coordination, development of detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction submittal reviews. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in the below-listed areas.

• Design Experience with Chemical Industries – Oil and Gas, Chemicals and Specialty Chemicals, and Balance of Plant Utilities

•Aspen HYSYS – Aspen Plus

•Hydraulic Calculations for Pump and Line Sizing

•Safety Relief Calculations

•Vessel and Equipment Sizing

•Familiar with API 520, 521, 620, 650, and ASME section 8, B31.1, B31.3, and B31.12

•Experience Developing P&IDS, PFDs, and Utility Summaries.

•Experiences in Developing Drawings and Performing QA/QC checks

Minimum Qualifications:

•ME or BE in Chemical Engineering with 8 to 12 years of Experience

•At least 5 to 6 years of experience in the relevant process industry or industrial clients

•Excellent written and oral communication skills

•Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Chartered Engineering (CEng) License

•Independent player with high self-motivation

•Experience in International Projects will be added advantage

•Experience with hydrogen and ammonia will be added advantage
