Citigroup Officer - Data and Information Mgt in Pune, India

Citi Analytics Information Management was established in 2003 and is located across multiple cities in India –Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Pune. Core Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain reporting systems to track key performance and metrics relevant to the organization’s goals and objective. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of the reports and dashboard.
Transform/enhance and automate reports as required by business teams. Perform adhoc analysis and RCA to address specific reporting/business challenges.
Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide insights to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders.
Individually collaborate & manage end-to-end project communication with business partners and team in India.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency through following standard control procedure and adhere to Citi’s Risk and Control guidelines.
Experience and Expertise Required:
2+ years of experience in BigData systems, Hive, Hadoop, Spark (Python) and cloud-based data management technologies.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar software.
Proven experience as an analyst, with a strong background in reporting and data analysis.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present reports, findings, and recommendations to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to Digital Business and Expertise in Adobe Site Catalyst, Clickstream Data is an added advantage.
Contribute to organizational initiatives in areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities, etc.
Educational and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or related field
