Technical Project Lead

Primary Work Location: Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra

Job Summary:

This position is for Technical Project Lead.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Design Process diagrams, P&ID for various measurement systems based on process gas analyzers.

  • Good hand on experience in system component design like sample handling system, Gas Chromatograph, Accessories like solenoids, 3-sided shelter, Analyzer house, selection of Flameproof Junction boxes, Cable gland, Cable, Trays, HVAC and Pumps.

  • Able to handle engineering work within budget, quality & deliver to the highest customer experience.

  • Hands on experience in CEMS design and various gas measurement systems.

  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills, vendor interaction, customer interaction, able to differentiate the quality specifications.

  • Must be able to break large project work into manageable WBS. And allocate the activities to given resources and get the work done maintaining the budget, time and quality.

  • Consistent improvement in quality work you're doing, maintain the OTD, RDSL, PDSL. Follow PMO processes consistently and have records ready for audits.

  • Drive multiple projects with various WA in very efficient manner and optimally. Work closely with support functions like DC, Quality, Supply chain etc. to drive results for projects.

  • Get the FAT / SAT completed as the need arises, support peers for squad checks, vendor drawing reviews, quote evaluation, vendor evaluation, design reviews.

  • Support proposals for key queries whenever required / need basis. Do estimates for the efforts required.

  • Acquire technical knowledge and pass on the same to team time to time.

  • prioritize the multiple projects in efficient manner. Drive Emerson core values like customer happiness, Safety, Quality, COE promise statement on daily project activities.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Good knowledge in application of various types of Process Gas liquid understanding.

  • Validated people leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.

  • Strong leadership, organizational and planning skills.

  • Knowledge of commercial and financial issues.

  • Excellent analytical skills and results oriented.

  • Conclusive, drive and ability to deliver effective, innovative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree or equivalent experience in mechanical/ electrical/ Instrumentation Engineering.

  • Validated experience of 10+ years in Process gas liquid & analytical systems.
