Dare for Better.The Control & Reporting Associate Analyst will be a key finance contact for the A&M Coupon team. Responsibilities* Manage period, quarter and annual closing of PCUS Sector financial statements for coupons* Prepare periodic balance sheet reconciliations, as well as balance sheet analytics to ensure completeness and accuracy* Cash flow forecasting of balance sheet accounts* Project accounting* Ensure the proper set up of coupon offers and oversee the corresponding redemption* Liaison with third party coupon processer to ensure reporting accuracy, payments, and issue resolution* Meet on periodic basis with PCUS Brand’s budget owners to review coupon accruals and propose adjustments based on analysis of trends* Assist with KPMG audit requests* Participate in actual vs forecast periodic review* Look for process improvements and efficiencies* Ensure SOX compliance* Participate in PGT Wave 3 testing and development and preparation needed for 2025 roll-outCompensation and Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,000 - $110,550 based on a full-time schedule.* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.* In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting* 2-3 years of accounting / finance analyst experience (CPA/MBA a plus)* Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with various teams across Finance/Control* Strong problem solving and analytical skills.* Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn and utilize multiple systems including SAP ECC and S4, Hyperion and Business Objects* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes* Ability to function well in a team environment* Strong communication skills to manage information gathering requests* Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner* Ability to handle multiple priorities* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications* This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United StatesEEO StatementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer: Female / Minority / Disability / Protected Veteran / Sexual Orientation / Gender IdentityIf you'd like more information about your EEO rights as an applicant under the law, please download the available EEO is the Law & EEO is the Law Supplement documents.
