In this capacity the analyst will act as the expert with knowledge in all areas of US payroll and taxation. The primary objective of the analyst is to ensure that payroll tax validation is done efficiently and accurately; any discrepancies are reported and corrected in a timely manner. This is to achieve the Global HRIS and Payroll Operations service level goals. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Perform weekly payroll audits.

• Ensure the accuracy of data extracted from Oracle, Kbace, and other reporting tools.

• Reconciliation of various tax reports; analyzes and conducts research on discrepancies and source. Initiates problem resolution and communication to the team.

• Creates a service request addressed in a timely manner to the respective owners for balance adjustment and/or correction. Monitors the adjustment made to the employee records to make sure that balances are corrected.

• Balance and analyzes the quarterly and annual tax data recorded by the Corporate Tax Department to the W2 Register Totals from Oracle for the quarter and year end.

• Prepares the Monthly Global HRIS Billing Reports

• Responsible for preparing, processing and balancing of the weekly tax payment reports.

You are highly innovative in approaching problem-solving effectively. You're interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• 4-year Course with Business, Financial, or Accounting background

• Knowledgeable in MS Excel and any Payroll System

• Related experience in a shared services industry (Payroll or HR processing).

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Proficiency in English written and oral communication skills.
