Application Management, Senior Asociate
Minimum of 3 years of ABAP experience
Bachelor's degree holder, preferably Computer Science, Information Technology or any relevant degree.
HCM Experience preferred
S4/HANA Experience/Certification an advantage
Strong Knowledge on ABAP, ABAP OO programming and debugging: ABAP reports, Function Modules, workflow, Forms, Interfaces, Enhancements, SAP Query, XML..
Extensive technical and functional knowledge about HR application, processes and services
Strong knowledge of and expertise with maintenance web based business process as a service application solutions
Motivation and desire for improvement
Commitment to the customer and the company

Orientation to the process of continued improvement
The ability to explain technical information in a clear and simpler manner
Excellent negotiation skills
A strong understanding of the business
