Job Description:

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Project Management Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions within an organization. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring that projects align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for business projects working independently on small projects and supporting larger projects meeting time and quality targets. Support workflow analysis, define user requirements, and create test scripts (if need be).

• Prepare, maintain, and update procedures, and comprehensive documentation for the administrative processes developed/implemented. Prepare training materials and provide training via roadshows or on one-on-one basis.

• Manage small-to-medium scale feasibility studies, impact analysis, and/or projects and implementation assignments that involve defining user requirements, streamlining or re-engineering workflows, evaluating existing processes, and researching and recommending new systems/workflow processes in order to optimize efficiencies.

• Work with Operations teams to evaluate existing processes, research and recommend streamlining or re-engineering opportunities that would optimize their efficiencies both within the team and with other business units.

• Facilitate the planning, design, implementation and rollout of Operations business process initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of business processes, systems, and technologies. Experience with requirements gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation standards.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.

• Certification in business analysis (e.g., СВАР, CCA) is a plus.
