Job Description

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Support FP&M Treasury BAU and projects by:

  • Reviewing and assessing intake requests from Asia Treasury team

  • Analyzing business requirements, creating technical specifications, and monitoring of key measures related to key stakeholder satisfaction

  • Supporting test environment setups for UAT and model office

  • Build trust and credibility with our Technology and Treasury partners by:

  • Timely and effectively supporting handling of issue escalation and resolution

  • Evolving the team’s knowledge capabilities through training development and knowledge calibration

  • Maintaining policies and procedures including process controls

  • Supporting process reengineering and automation

  • Providing primary business support during onboarding of business units on Infor CB solution including primary escalation and resolution contact

  • Accountable for supporting the annual external audits, periodic access reviews, and data handling controls

  • Creates and maintains project documentation such as project plans, specifications, schedules, test matrices and status reports

  • Independently recommends process improvements and/or operational reviews for management consideration.

Qualifications

  • Business systems analysis experience in financial services company and/or shared services environment

  • Finance and Treasury platforms migration experience involving data transformation, process reengineering and process automation

  • University degree in accounting, finance, or business management

  • Proficient in ERP (preferably Infor)

  • Good understanding of Treasury cash management, accounts payables and reconciliation systems

  • Detailed orientated and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in dynamic environment involving multiple stakeholders and ability to manage conflicting priorities

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across cultures. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

  • Intermediate to Advance knowledge in Excel (i.e. excel formulas and pivot tables is a must; Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Project.

  • Capable of building a business case for potential process improvements including cost/benefit analysis

  • Flexible on shift and overtime may be required to meet business deadlines.

  • Participates in educational opportunities; reads professional publications; maintains networks and participates in professional organization to always be up to date on job knowledge.
