In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To deliver data analytics function that includes data gathering and processing, report and dashboard building, and data analysis.

• To provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

• To collaborate with different people in the organization, participate in Business reviews, Strategic Planning, etc.

• To recommend and negotiate solutions and timelines with stakeholders and get their buy-in and commitment to any deliverable.

• To uncover different opportunities for process improvement and plan the timelines up to execution.

• To support different projects related to analytics.

• To develop and document processes to improve and efficiently utilize current tools and resources while ensuring compliance.

Who You Are:

You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. With excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, you are able to efficiently process data, generate accurate, high-quality reports, and present results and findings. You are a proactive self-starter with a high level of commitment to exceeding expectations. With excellent communication skills, you can effectively communicate ideas and influence both internal and external customers. You are interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, or related courses.

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in analytics, oversight of projects, and client management.

• Proficiency in Oracle DataViz or Oracle Analytics System (AOS) and in Microsoft Office applications, including data visualization tools such as Excel and Power BI.
