Position Description We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Security Architect to join our team. This position will report to the Global Director of Information Security, CISO. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Modine\'s data security processes, tools, and systems. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring efficient and effective data security for the organization. You\'ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the highest level of data security. Key Responsibilities Design and implement data security processes, tools, and systems Develop and maintain data security policies and procedures Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data security solutions Monitor and analyze data security data to identify and mitigate risks Implement solutions like DLP, data governance, and classifications Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on data security best practices Business Partnering Partner with global data stewards, information officers, regional IT leadership and all stakeholders Facilitate coordination and execution of Data Governance, Classifications, enforcement rules and actions with relevant stakeholders Required Education & Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in IT (Information Technology), MIS, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience 7+ years of combined information security, compliance, and governance experience In-depth knowledge of data security principles, processes, and technologies Knowledge of and experience in utilizing various...
