Description We are looking for a meticulous Patient Access Specialist to join our healthcare team in Racine, Wisconsin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient data, maintaining meticulous records, and ensuring accurate data entry. This role will involve close collaboration with team members and requires a strong understanding of CRM and EHR systems.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently input patient data into computer systems ensuring precision and accuracy

• Organize and maintain physical records to ensure seamless digitization processes

• Collaborate with team members to verify and validate data entries for completeness and consistency

• Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites to streamline data entry tasks and enhance productivity

• Uphold confidentiality and security protocols while handling sensitive information during the digitization process

• Execute running records and match appropriate records to the patient in the system

• Handle patient service requests, including complaint handling and claim administration

• Monitor and review billing functions and cash activities

• Execute benefit functions related to patient services

• Utilize McKesson software for various patient access tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in using CRM and EHR systems for patient management

• Experience with McKesson software is necessary

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites

• Ability to perform benefit functions and billing functions efficiently

• Experience in cash activity management

• Knowledge of claim administration processes

• Ability to handle patient complaints effectively and professionally.
