Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our clients team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in organizing and supporting marketing activities, managing client relationships, increasing brand awareness, and ultimately driving company growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team and senior management.

  • Coordinate marketing initiatives across different channels such as email, website, web events, social media, and content creation towards defined marketing goals.

  • Coordinate and assist in planning marketing events, including logistics and post-event evaluation and reporting.

  • Monitor, track, and document campaign results using various metrics and submit reports of performance.

  • Assist in the creation and editing of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.

  • Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions.

  • Manage social media and develop strategy to improve social media presence and follower engagement.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing software and social media platforms.

  • Solid knowledge of market research techniques.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Able to work independently and as a member of a team.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies would be a plus.
