You will be a key member of our global Digital Technology team supporting SAP’s Global Trade Services (GTS) module for both the installed base and new businesses coming onto the solution. This role is vitally important because you will be protecting the company by sustaining and enhancing our import and export compliance system. Some may say you are the newest Avenger!

* This individual can sit at any US Collins domestic location or remote. *

What YOU will do:

  • You will understand and perform configuration in GTS Compliance and Customs Management processes (sanctioned parties lists, legal regulations, licensing, classifications, and tariff schemes).

  • You will work in both GTS and ECC using BAPIs, function modules, and programs to provide solutions for GTS projects and enhancements.

  • You will troubleshoot and perform basic debugging of SAP programs to solve application or configuration issues.

  • You will gather requirements, perform system configuration, write functional specifications, execute unit & integration testing, and provide go-live hyper care support.

  • You will create and implement system changes associated with business process redesign.

  • You will troubleshoot day to day user issues working with business stakeholders through to problem resolution and ensure the agreed to SLAs are met with quality deliverables.

  • You will learn how to support project teams with development of training materials and test scripts, support during go-live activation, and ongoing user support.

Education & Experience:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications you must have:

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.

  • Ability to work well in a virtual team environment with peers, business partners and end users.

  • Experience working with SAP’s Global Trade Services (GTS) module.

  • Self-directed and experienced with minimal management oversight.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical customers, peers, and team members.

  • Must be highly organized and able to juggle multiple customers, business partners and business priorities.

  • Ability to lead in a fast-moving, high-pressure software development and deployment environment.

  • Ability to negotiate with business and resolve internal and external conflicts.

  • Experience/knowledge working in the Aerospace & Defense industry is a plus.

  • Must be willing to travel 10%-15% of the time, both domestic and international.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
