General Summary:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience.

OR

Associate's degree and 9+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience.

OR

High School Diploma or equivalent and 11+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qua lifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field.

• 9+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience in a high-tech product company.

• 2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above).

• 2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.

• 2+ years in a leadership role with or without direct reports.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Commercial

  • Managing Commercial and Pricing proposals (RFxand unsolicited proposals)

  • Proposal scope internal alignment with tech sales, product, engineering anddelivery

  • P&L planning- building business scenarios ,assuming future efforts and other cost elementsrequirements.

  • Manage contracts – Working and coordinating with Customers/Partners, QC Legal/Finance andSales and BD in the QCregions

  • Customer facing- Communication regarding contracts and businessdecisions.

  • Coordinating with Qualcomm units regarding customer requirements (NDA, Compliance, etc.)

  • Support business development on partner eco-system pipeline.

Pipeline management

  • ManagingQsales(QC salesforce)

  • Planning, monitoring and tracking with sales teams Edgewise opportunities planning and updates.

  • Preparing dashboards and reports for sales teams and management.

  • Collaboration with Marketing on “leads to deal” process(Leads verification and tracking with sales teams)

Account Management (SMB)

  • Managing new sales and operations in LATAM and CIS customers opportunities

  • Managing partner relationship on existing customers in these regions (Logicalis,Sakuraz, CT , Radix)

Other

  • Finance Support- Revenue forecast and planning, billing plan and business recurringupdates.

  • Sales Initiatives- Sales enablement, team trainings and workshops, knowledge sharing between regions,VoCetc.

  • Sales Incentive Plan – Building Target and monitoring teamKPIs
