Warehouse Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Supervise Warehouse Staff.
Supervise the proper receiving procedures in Oracle or other Systems.
Coordinates with IMP/EX & Internal Carriers Shipping activities.
Ensure on time delivery of raw material to the production lines.
Ensures 99% Inventory Accuracy of Warehouse thru best practices and root cause analysis.
Monitors Forklift Equipment and Electronic tools to ensure optimal conditions.
Ensures the proper application of Scanning Methods to Meet 99% Warehouse Accuracy.
Coordinate the Operations within multiple Copeland locations.
Coordinates Cycle Counting Program.
Supports Continuous Improvement in material handling and inventory accuracy.
Use of the Best Practices, Company’s Policies and Teamwork Environment
Requirements:
3 years' bachelor's degree or Equivalent Experience
3 / 5 years' experience in the Maquiladora Environment
60-70% English
Preferred
Experience in Staff Managing.
Experience with Warehousing, Inventories & Supply Chain Flow.
Oracle Experience Preferred
Excel proficiency.
