In the heart of our operation, our Payroll Department strives for accuracy and compliance in all matters. To bolster this crucial team, we are eagerly seeking a proficient and dependable Payroll Clerk. Your ability to ensure all relevant paperwork is up to date and help make certain that our hardworking employees receive their paychecks accurately and on time will be central to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and verify timesheets.

• Enter data meticulously into the payroll system.

• Critically review payroll information for accuracy.

• Proactively resolve issues and confidently answer payroll-related queries.

• Contribute to the preparation of relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.

  Requirements

• Previous experience as a payroll clerk or payroll manager.

• Deep familiarity with general accounting principles.

• Proven success in data collection, entry, and reporting with an exceptional eye for detail and a strong understanding of confidentiality.

• Numeric proficiency paired with the competent use of Microsoft Office suite.

• Experience with modern payroll software programs.
