Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Property Administrator. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in commercial property management. As a Property Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our property management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks related to property management.

• Maintain accurate and organized records of leases, contracts, and other important documents.

• Coordinate with tenants regarding lease agreements, rent payments, and inquiries.

• Assist with vendor management, including obtaining quotes, scheduling services, and processing invoices.

• Conduct property inspections and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.

• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and respond promptly to their needs and concerns.

• Support property managers with various projects and tasks as needed.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Previous experience in property management or real estate is a plus but not required.
