Job Description

Job Summary:

The ERP Programmer/Analyst is responsible for designing, planning, and implementing programs and tables in the Infor XA enterprise application. This includes security and documentation in Infor XA enterprise applications. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures as they relate to ERP processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Conducts analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide system Infor XA across functional areas

• Responsible for software integration and technical documentation

• Plans and directs the evaluation of potential third-party applications and prepares design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs of the Corporation

• Conducts analysis of systems specifications and uses the latest analysis/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes

• Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation

• General Support – The position will have support responsibilities specific to all sites running Infor XA. Support will require troubleshooting malfunctions of software applications and security to resolve operational issues and restore functionality.

• Responds to emergencies as needed

• Daily availability to include evenings and weekends when necessary to complete upgrades and other projects

• Limited travel required.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university in a related fields and 7-10 years of directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills

• Advanced knowledge and in-depth experience with the following applicable system:

• Infor XA

• RPG, RPG Free

• JavaScript, JSON

• SQL

• XA Enterprise Integrator

• Internal XA functionality

• Detailed understanding of XA ERP software

• Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Outlook, Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.)

• Support ticketing systems, change control methodologies and their importance to ITIL best practices

• IT security concepts and best practices (e.g. Microsoft, Cisco, etc.)

Salary Range:

$93,500.00-$125,950.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
