Manpower is seeking a Handyman/Maintenance worker to become part of our client's team! You will perform the necessary work to keep their property in great condition.

Job Title: Handyman/Maintenance

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 AM-4:30 PM. The work schedule is subject to change what the center needs.

Pay: $21/hour

Responsibilities:

• Basic skillset in plumbing, electrical, light carpentry, and painting.

• Repair minor issues at office buildings, strip mall stores.

• Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion.

• Maintain schedule, completion log, work tickets, receipts in an organized manner.

• Always maintain a clean and a safe work environment.

• Perform other duties, as assigned; emergency work if needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields.

• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment.

• Deadline and detail-oriented.

• Ability to handle physical workload (climbing, lifting, walking, and standing) is a MUST.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
