Location: Raymond, OH Pay Range: $29.81 Depending on experience Title: HR Partner (HRP) Support Description: Join HR Partner (HRP) team to work with cross functional teams, other HR teams, and leaders to ensure the effective delivery of HR support/services to the business. Support HRP Team with: Associate and leader questions on HR matters Completion of annual company events (performance management, training, benefits enrollment) Internal movement process Local onboarding Exit interviews Event Support Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources 0 - 2 of equivalent, related job experience Working knowledge of Kronos, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors Strong attention to detail Strong ability to multi-task Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent customer service skills Apply now!
