About the role

  • Our HSE team, composed of 4 people, is focused on Health, Safety, Environmental and regulation in collaboration with the operation team.

  • As a HSE supervisor, you will work on regulation and legislation compliance, Solvay HSE policies procedure, and team management. You will get the opportunity to contribute to site overall HSE management and have a positive impact on site HSE performance.

  • You will be accountable for:

  • Deployment of Solvay HSE policies, procedure, standards and guidelines

  • Ensure and advice on compliance with HSE policies, regulations and legislation

  • Effective and efficient with HSE objectives, programs and tools

  • Audit and assessment report of HSE matters

  • Internal & external HSE communication

  • Site representation towards authorities and community

  • Shared best practices

  • Incidents analysis & report

  • HSE project management

  • HSE team performance

  • This position is a permanent employee and working at MTP site

About you

  • Bachelor degree in Occupational Health, Safety or Environment

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical plants within an area of HSE is must, experience in team management is beneficial.

  • Knowledge of Law, Process Hazard Analysis or risk assessment and PSM, etc

  • Strong communication skill and well collaborated.

  • Strong leadership and manager skills

  • Well decision making and problem solving

  • Able to work under pressure and limited timeline

  • Good command of English language

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Thailand base pay reasonably expected for this role is 962,560 to 1,203,200, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
