กลุ่มบริษัท ดาว ประเทศไทย เปิดรับสมัครพนักงานตำแหน่ง เจ้าหน้าที่ผ่าย IT Support Software & Applicationประจำโรงงาน ในนิคมอุตสาหกรรม จ. ระยอง โดยมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบต่าง ๆ ดังนี้

• ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ติดต่อหลักสำหรับปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแอปพลิเคชันที่ใช้ในโรงงาน / และจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาในการใช้งาน

• สามารถพัฒนาและดีบั๊กแอปพลิเคชันบนแพลตฟอร์ม Microsoft Power Platform เช่น Power App, Power BI และอื่นๆ โดยใช้กระบวนการ Application Lifecycle Management ตามคำขอของผู้ใช้

• สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมรักษาความปลอดภัย IS (Cyber security) ทั่วโลกของ Dow เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าโค้ดต่างในโครงสร้างพื้นฐานสำหรับแอปพลิเคชันที่มีอยู่มีความพร้อมใช้งานทั้งในปัจจุบันและในอนาคตนั้นสอดคล้องกัน หากไม่มีคุณสามารถช่วยทำการการแก้ไขโค้ดให้รองรับเพื่อให้ตรงตามข้อกำหนดของ Dow ทั้ง Dow IS และใน department อื่น ๆ ถ้ามี

• สามารถทำงานนอกเวลาทำการได้ (บางครั้ง เช่น การประชุมกับ Dow ทาง online meeting ในเวลากลางคืน)

• ใช้และเข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสาร (อีเมล พูด เขียน อ่าน)

• ต้องปฏิบัติตามนโยบายการทำงานของ Dow ในท้องถิ่นและข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยทั้งหมด (การปฏิบัติตามการฝึกอบรม การปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดในการทำงาน)

คุณสมบัติ

• จบการศึกษาตั้งแต่ระดับปริญญาตรีขั้นไปในสาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ หรืออื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (พูด อ่าน เขียน)

• สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานได้ด้วยตนเอง และทำงานที่โรงงานในนิคมเอเชียหรือนิคมมาบตาพุด จ. ระยอง

• มีความสามารถในการสื่อสาร ชอบช่วยเหลือและประสานงานกับผู้อื่น

• ทักษะขั้นพื้นฐานในการทำงานกับภาษา HTML และ CSS, JavaScript, VBA, R Script และ Python เพิ่มเติมจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• ทักษะขั้นพื้นฐานในการทำงานกับ SQL database management

• ทักษะขั้นพื้นฐานในเรื่อง Cybersecurity

• ทักษะขั้นพื้นฐานในการทำงานกับ Application Program Interface (API)​
