Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an HCM Configuration expert in Reading, Pennsylvania. This role is set within the industry of Oracle HCM HD Module Configuration, where you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Cloud and Oracle HCM.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Oracle HCM HD modules to ensure operational efficiency.

• Develop strategies for the implementation and maintenance of Oracle HCM HD modules.

• Analyze and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM HD modules.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimization of Oracle HCM HD modules.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Cloud and Oracle HCM technologies to enhance system performance.

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of Oracle HCM HD modules.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of module configuration processes.

• Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of new developments in Oracle HCM HD module configuration.

• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding Oracle HCM HD modules. Requirements • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud and Oracle HCM is essential

• Demonstrated experience in HCM Configuration is a must

• Ability to understand and translate business requirements into system configuration

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in improving existing systems

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
