Emily Krous with Robert Half is on the lookout for a skilled Bookkeeper to be a part of client's team. The role calls for proficiency in all aspects of bookkeeping including managing accounts receivable and payable, handling annual tax payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking the task of accurately processing accounts receivable and payable

• Applying bookkeeping knowledge to review and consolidate financial statements

• Handling payroll review on a regular basis

• Ensuring timely payments of sales and property tax

• Efficiently managing invoicing processes

• Using strong excel skills to maintain and analyze financial data

• Independently resolving accounting problems and discrepancies

• Demonstrating the ability to learn and adapt to the company's growth and changes in procedures.

Requirements • Position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper

• Proficiency in Basic Bookkeeping is a must

• Candidate must be well-versed in Annual Tax procedures

• Ability to handle Account Reconciliation effectively

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required
