We are excited to announce our plans to start offering the Rheumatology Service Line at Redding Rancheria Tribal Health System.

Come join our multi-specialty group as the leading Rheumatologist in the community of Redding.

The opportunity: Full time Rheumatologist

Bonuses offered: $50K sign on bonus, $25K Retention bonus annual for 3 years, Relocation expenses up to 10K, Assistance with Partnership sign on bonus of 100K, HRSA student loan payoff.

Office Hours: NO CALL, options to work five 8hr shifts, or four 10hr shifts.

Average patients a day: 16 patients per 10hr day

Mid-level Support: RN's, MA's, PA's, and FNP's

Malpractice: Both Umbrella Coverage and TORT Coverage

Additional Benefits: $7K annual CME budget plus 2 weeks paid time off to attend CME. 16 paid holidays, 2 weeks paid vacation the first year, 2 weeks paid sick time. 7% 401K match, free medical, dental, and vision health insurance. Productivity bonus available daily of up to $450 per shift.

The mission of the Redding Rancheria Tribal Health System is to develop and provide responsive, cost effective, high quality health care services that meet the needs of the Redding Rancheria Tribal Members and other Native American Indians and the under served population residing in our service area. Mercy Medical Center Redding offers comprehensive health care to nearly 300,000 residents in a six-county region. It is one of only two Level II trauma centers and the only Level III neonatal ICU north of Sacramento. Mercy Medical Center Redding is a 266-bed regional medical center providing inpatient and outpatient services as well as specialized cardiovascular care, stroke care, orthopedics, neurological surgery, comprehensive cancer care, maternity care, and a robust robotic surgery program. In addition, the hospital's network of care includes Mercy Home Health and Hospice and Dignity Health Connected Living, which serves nearly 72,000 meals a year. The medical staff has over 250 active members who partner with skilled professionals, support staff and helpful volunteers to provide innovative medical services to the North State communities. Mercy serves as a local community hospital as well as a referral center for a vast region from the Oregon border two hours north, halfway to Sacramento (two hours to the south), east to Nevada and west to the Pacific Ocean. Mercy Medical Center Redding is sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy of Auburn, along with St. Elizabeth Community Hospital in Red Bluff and Mercy Medical Center Mt. Shasta.
