Program Manager BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager remote opportunity. Requirements: Job Description: Title: Program Manager Location: Remote Duration: 2 Months (Potential chances for extension) Responsibilities: * Accountable for generating buffer strategy for the year and monthly buffer replenishment capacity plan aligned to the strategy by driving alliance across planning/ finance verticals to deliver to the capital execution plan * Able to clearly articulate and bridge month-over-month buffer requirement changes and get executive alignment if/when needed * Work w/ capacity/demand planning stakeholders on weeks-of-supply target reporting and govern weekly actuals and process adherence * Cultivate relationship with other Demand Planning & Supply Chain organizations to develop seamless execution of buffer strategy * Partner with the Engineering team to develop features that support plan stability & accuracy and enhanced user experience * Envision and drive Objectives and Key Results for the team, as well as key input measures from other teams Activities: * Prepare weekly and monthly inventory metrics status reports/ PowerPoint presentation slides for leadership reviews * Gather data from various data sources * Consolidate data, develop Excel models, perform analysis, generate reports and recommendations * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve alignment on inventory targets and actuals reporting * Develop visualization tools and dashboard for key metrics using Excel, PowerBI, etc. * Support inventory forecasting analysis, transformation initiatives, system enhancements and other ad-hoc requests as needed Qualifications: Minimum/Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology (IT), Business, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or related field * 2-4 years supply chain in any of these areas: demand planning / business planning / inventory planning & management / program management / operations / data science * Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other business intelligence and visualization tools e.g., Power BI, SQL, Power Pivot, Tableu * Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications * Data Analysis and Visualization Skills Candidate Requirements * Years of Experience Required - 0-2 in supply chain, 2-4 years of general PM experience * Degrees or certifications required - Flexible, preferably bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology (IT), Business, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or related field * Disqualifiers - None * Best vs. Average - The best candidate is a strong communicator and has strong Data Analysis and Visualization Skills - Automation skills are a huge plus * Performance Indicators - Monthly retrospective, meeting handoffs and communication deadlines Top 3 Hard Skills Required * Strong Excel skills; 3+ years of experience * Experience with Data Warehouses and Analytical Databases; 2+ years of experience * SQL; 2+ years of experience Benefits: BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package includi To vi
