The Secure Admin Services team is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join this dynamic, supportive community of program managers and engineers who are dedicated to delivering the very best cybersecurity solutions and services to our customers in a highly collaborative and inclusive environment.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will champion some of the most critical, secure, engineering programs, platforms, and services, often using creative ways that are pioneering in the industry.

We are looking for someone who identifies and translates customer business challenges into product/service requirements and implementation of multiple feature areas. Crafts, maps, and coordinates solutions tailored to customer business requirements and environment. Synthesizes varied customer feedback to extrapolate product/service development features ideas, scaling solutions internally to improve product/service. Interfaces with customers and/or internal stakeholders to gain necessary information to align solutions. Pursues opportunities for evangelizing and prioritizes product/service use cases. Anticipates and addresses customer product/service requests or issues when possible; escalates issue to engineers as needed. Enables engineers to resolve issues by acting as the voice of the customer and providing resources. Evaluates customer short- and long-term strategy and product/service alignment. Leads the optimization and development of technical solutions alongside evolving customer platforms and goals. Captures product/service insights based on customer needs and requirements to further guide product improvements. Drives business case and awareness of the product/service internally. Prioritizes product/service strategy development to proactively accommodate trends and unmet needs. Defines success criteria and performance metrics. Creates relationships to drive orchestration and integration efforts for the development and implementation process of multiple feature areas. Partners with the engineering team to contribute, prioritize, and deliver on the roadmap for multiple feature areas. Contributes to the development of the staging and implementation plan for piloting/release in alignment with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for multiple feature areas. Drives the customer supportability experience and provides documentation. Acts as a technical advisor to educate and evangelize the feature areas.

  • Technical project management, coordination and communication in support of cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of security programs/projects from initiation to completion.• Develop project plans, timelines, technical scope, objectives/key results, deliverables and resource estimations, ensuring alignment of the security programs/projects with larger organizational & company goals. • Track and report on progress of security admin services programs/projects, identified risks, and implementation of mitigation strategies.• Gather and synthesize feedback from strategic customers and partners with broader context to learn ways in which customers and partners use the product/service and identify feature and knowledge gaps, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in the current product/service.• Act as a voice of customers (VOCs) to directionally inform relevant product, service and business groups on customers’ product experience and usage. Partners with other teams to prioritize, unblock, and resolve complex customer issues.• Recommend and help develop training/readiness modules. Handle complex escalations on customer issues from partner teams and executives.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

o OR equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Other Qualifications

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements as these are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

o OR equivalent experience.

  • 6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

  • 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.
