What You’ll Get to Do
CACI’s Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group is searching for individuals to lead process implementation, monitoring and improvements on the NASA NCAPS program. Selected candidate will work with program and customer leadership to ensure program processes are consistent with NASA’s transformation effort and adhere to ITIL, SAFe, TBM, CMMI and ISO frameworks. In addition, the MAP.IO lead will manage the NCAPS quality management activities, including developing quality plans, establishing and reporting on quality measures, and reporting on compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The MAP.IO lead will be a member of the program’s leadership team and will manage resources responsible for delivering standardized, efficient processes and measuring quality of work on the NCAPS program.
As the MAP.IO Lead, you will:
Ensure implemented processes and frameworks are consistent with NASA CIO’s transformation program
Lead the implementation and optimization of industry frameworks, including SAFe, ITIL, TBM, CMMI and ISO/IEC
Develop and execute the program’s quality assurance program, including QA processes, procedures and reporting consistent with contract Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
Lead the program’s Configuration Management team
Assess the program’s implemented process to identify areas for innovation or change to improve operations and promote process efficiencies
Manage development and implementation of NCAPS Quality Assurance plans, processes and procedures
Lead the development and implementation of the NCAPS configuration management frameworks, processes and procedures
Work across program activities to collect relevant quality and process metrics and prepare/deliver period QA/SLA/KPI reports and dashboards
Identify process innovations and work with program and customer leadership to quantify and implement those innovations
Ensure process consistency across all program teams and activities – working with teams to ensure both understanding of process frameworks and ways to optimize the frameworks
Assess team member skills to develop framework training/certification requirements
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Must be a U.S. citizen with active Public Trust clearance and ability to obtain higher level clearance, if needed
College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or related. Experience considered in lieu of degree
10+ years of relevant, related experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have prior experience implementing ITIL, ASF, SAFe frameworks, implementing/performing configuration management and managing quality assurance activities, to include SLA/KPI reporting.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Experience managing operations in an Agile environment
Experience with SecDevOpps and Agile processes and/or tools

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$86,800-$191,000
