RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior Manager will direct and oversee all third party relationships for the enterprise with regard to Merchant Payment Card Industry programs, Merchant Breach notifications and vendor management. You are the contact for Subsidiaries regarding certifications for new and existing front end vendors.

  • Manage the third party audit process

  • Manage compliance to all Card Brand Data Integrity programs

  • Develop and implement high level corporate strategies as they relate to changing card brand requirements

  • Management of relationships between Deluxe and external Front End vendors at a strategic level

  • Oversee and manage all communications with vendors and third party organizations as it relates to compliance, regulatory changes, and initiatives

  • Create corporate initiatives to develop and implement high level corporate strategies as they relate to changing card brand requirements; ensuring deadlines are met and company has maintained minimum compliance.

  • Manage multiple employees at various levels on the Compliance and Analytics teams at First American by Deluxe

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field AND 5 years of experience; OR Associate's Degree AND 9 years of experience

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years of experience in the payment industry with merchant relationship compliance

  • 3 years of people leadership experience

  • Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments

  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment

  • Ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects

  • Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management

  • Conflict resolution and/or mediation skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
