Unifin, Inc Construction & Property Management Specialist - WFH (Remote) setup in Remote, Philippines

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 year of experience in construction management.

  • Multifamily redevelopment experience preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of construction and building maintenance best practices.

  • Experience in a Real Estate environment preferred.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Flexibility with work hours and travel, as needed.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Project.

  • Procore/Banner experience preferred but not required.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Update unit renovation trackers and propriety renovation management system.

  • Keep track of project scope and manage Bid Rooms.

  • Aggregate and Track Unit renovation results by recording accurate costs and timelines.

  • Upload, Review and approve invoices and change orders to ensure compliance with contracts.

  • Draft contract and manage documentation.

  • Regularly check for Vendor Compliance and payable status.

  • Update weekly internal capital project meeting agendas.

  • Update project timelines and statuses.

  • Update project costs and notes.

  • Review loan requirements to ensure timely completion and draw packages.

  • Review small project and deferred maintenance proposals providing recommendations for appropriately completing the work.

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

  • Capital project file maintenance and warranty tracking.

  • Track all insurance related damages and costs.

  • Ensure all environmental and EPA protocol is followed where appropriate.

Must have availability to work a flexible schedule between 8 am- 6 pm CST Monday- Sunday, with two rest days per week to be determined by client.
