RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Partner Sales Manager pro-actively reaches out to the market to pursue and create partnerships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), independent agents, and referral partnerships.

  • Recruit and develop new partners

  • Manage partner inquiries generated by company advertising campaigns, media events, and attendance at industry conferences

  • Develop comprehensive and competitive proposals

  • Successfully lead negotiations and contract terms

  • Deliver timely and informative presentations relating to your sales funnel and the movement of opportunities within

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 3 years in a sales driven position; OR HS/GED and 7 years relevant experience

  • Ability to source and prospect leads and work them through the sales process

  • Ability to manage and motivate signed partners into productive partners

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce or other CRM experience

  • Ability to travel on average once a month

  • Background in the Payment Processing Industry

  • Assertive, innovative, and creative approach to sales

  • Experience selling channel partners (ISO, ISV, Agent, or Referral Partnerships) strongly desired

  • Self motivation
