Carpenter Starting Wage: $35-$45/Hour based on Experience.
Job Duties Demo work, Framing, Finish Carpentry, New installation, Handyman Services. Work Expectations Maintain clean and safe work space while working in occupied/unoccupied homes. Construct, Repair or Install new/existing fixtures using carpenters tools, woodworking tools andpower tools. Maintains quality standards by ensuring the use of levels, plumb bobs and measurement tools. Ensure all projects comply with Federal, State and Local building codes. Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with customers and co-workers. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team. Experience Required; 10 Years+ Carpentry industry experience. As well as experience in the following categories; -Drywall -Plumbing -Electrical -Finish Carpentry Skills/Qualifications -Valid Drivers Licence -Positive Attitude -Reliable -Self Motivated -Detail oriented -Ability to work alone or part of a team. -Basic safety knowledge -Customer service
