Job Description Inter-Con is searching for an Armed Special Agent reporting to the Division Manager to join our coveted High Value Asset Management & Transportation Team. The Agent is responsible for assisting in multiple levels of mission planning and execution. The Agent is the commander on the ground and accountable for the success of the mission. Planning responsibilities include, but are not limited to, domestic and international objective and route reconnaissance, equipment sourcing, communications and brief preparations. The right Agent is an expert in the transport of high value assets, security, and is capable of acting decisively in high-stress situations. This position will be part of a team of armed agents and supported by an embedded TOC and intel assets. This team's objective is the safe and secure movement of priceless assets both domestically and internationally. Performance will be evaluated by feedback from the Division Manager as well as the client through AARs and customer surveys. This position is located in the Seattle area of Washington State. Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for creating and maintaining mission SOPs and Battle Drills Accountable for the Security and Safety of the client and the client's assets Provide a white-glove experience to client principals during secure transits Grow relationships with Clients by focusing on Client satisfaction and dependability Ensure the highest standards of conduct, appearance, performance, training, and customer service are being met at all times as well as enhancing customer communications Strategically develop security techniques and manage key employee and security services for the enterprise while providing expertise in the area of the secure movement of high value assets Monitor external developments including but not limited to best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance the overall security program Work closely with the staff of the client's enterprise security groups, as well as other process partners and business units in every region with a client's capabilities Qualifications: Soft skills to interact with high-profile civilians and provide a secure environment with minimal requirements on the part of the client High School Diploma or Equivalent Must pass federal background check and drug screen Current Passport required to deploy Must have demonstrated experienced in highly dynamic environments with autonomy to act and execute decisions Ability to pass pre-deployment medical and dental screenings (CRC/NDC) Military (combat arms or SOF MOS a plus) or relevant law enforcement background preferred Preference for candidates that posses a professional/formal training in defensive t
