Description Manager Integrated Absence Management Support Team Remote - Most states eligible The ADM Support Teams Manager manages a team of ADM support staff team members that function inter-departmentally to perform data analytics, financial adjustments, document management and compliance/audit support. This role is responsible for team performance and meeting operational standards, and possesses expertise in Federal and State disability laws and leave plans, ADA and organizational policies/procedures. Diploma or GED. 6 years Absence and Disability case management experience, with paid leave management experience. 4 years Management or applicable leadership experience in a related industry or other large employer environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Human Resources, Legal Studies, Organizational Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
