Copeland Warehouse Supervisor in REYNOSA, Mexico
Warehouse Supervisor
Supervise Warehouse Personnel.
Supervise the accurate receiving procedures in Oracle or other Systems.
Coordinates with IMP/EX & Internal Carriers Shipping activities between Plant and Wh1.
Ensure on time delivery of RM pulls to the Plant and other sites.
Issues material to Plant site as the need arises.
Ensures 99% Inventory Accuracy of Warehouse1 thru standard methodologies and root cause analysis.
Supervise Warehouse Staff
Monitors Forklift Equipment and Electronic tools to ensure efficient conditions.
Ensures the accurate application of Scanning Methods to Meet 99% Warehouse Accuracy.
Coordinate the Operations within multiple Emerson locations.
Coordinates Cycle Counting Program.
Supports Continuous Improvement in material handling and inventory accuracy.
Use of the Best Practices, Company’s Policies and Teamwork Environment.
Requirements:
3 years' bachelor's degree or Equivalent Experience
3 / 5 years' experience in the Maquiladora Environment
60-70% English
Preferred
Experience in Staff Managing
Experience with Warehousing, Inventories & Supply Chain Flow
Oracle Experience Preferred
Excel proficiency
