Northern Dutchess Hospital,locatedin Rhinebeck, New York, just two hours north of New York City, is seeking anadditionalphysician to join our established and growing employed practice. The group currently consists offourboard certified physicians and certified nurse midwives with along-establishedreputation throughout the region. We areseekinga well-trained and caring OB/GYN who prefers to work in asmall-townsetting withall ofthe sophistication of a major medical center.Newgraduates are welcome to apply.

The primary office is located in a suite at Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck.A secondary office islocatedacross the Hudson River in the historic city of Kingston in anoffice shared with primary care.Deliveries are at theTheNeugartenFamily Birth Center at Northern Dutchess Hospital. The Birthing Center provides a safe,holisticand family-centered birthing experience with advanced medical and surgical offerings. Built on a solid reputation for providing sophisticated maternity care in a homelike setting, the Birthing Center offers moms asingle-roombirthing experience where she labors, delivers,recoversand stays in one single room with her baby.

Northern Duchess Hospital is a 68-bed acute care, not-for-profit, community hospital. The hospital has an87,000 square foot pavilion thathasadvancedclinical care available to the community. The pavilion has spacious, private patient rooms andstate-of-the-artsurgical suites equipped with minimally invasive technology, including the da Vinci Surgical System.

Rhinebeck is part of one of the largest historic districts in the US located along the scenic Hudson River.Rhinebeck offers New York City culture in a friendly,small-townsetting. The village offers a plethora of restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, as well as larger events at the DutchessCountryFairgrounds. Outdoor enthusiasts will find great skiing, hiking, biking,fishingand boating nearby. Area colleges include Bard, Vassar, Marist, and SUNY New Paltz, as well as the Culinary Institute of America. New York City is easily accessible via Amtrak.
