Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure. The candidate should possess strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of networking protocols and systems.

Responsibilities:

Network Design and Implementation:

• Design, implement, and manage the organization's local and wide-area networks (LAN/WAN).

• Ensure network security and optimize network performance.

Network Monitoring and Maintenance:

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.

• Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure the stability and reliability of the network.

Security and Compliance:

• Implement and maintain network security protocols.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Hardware and Software Management:

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software components.

• Collaborate with vendors for procurement and support.

Network Documentation:

• Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation.

• Keep network diagrams, configurations, and procedures up to date.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide network solutions.

• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate network systems with other infrastructure components.

Capacity Planning:

• Conduct capacity planning and recommend enhancements to support the growth of the organization.

  Requirements

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer.

• Proven experience in designing and managing enterprise-level networks.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall technologies.

• Strong knowledge of security protocols and best practices.

• Experience with network monitoring tools.

Certifications:

• Relevant industry certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.

Communication:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-solving:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
