We’re currently hiring a Partner Personnel Security Manager to work in Partner Engagement for a federal cybersecurity client as part of our team helping to secure and protect the Nation’s critical infrastructure resilience.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of classified information and personally identifiable information (PII).

  • Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and practices as defined by the client agency and by law.

  • Provide guidance and instruction to personnel to ensure completion of security paperwork.

  • Maintain proper documentation and records, advise personnel of their reporting requirements and expectations in order to remain in good standing.

  • Coordinate new clearance submissions, track all cleared personnel, as well maintain and renew company specific documentation such as DD254s and Facility Clearances (FCLs), as needed.

  • Ability to work with the client’s private sector security clearance office as well as counsel to ensure that all cleared personnel are tracked and appropriately cleared as needed.

  • Ability to work with client’s security office to ensure that cleared personnel are able to gain entrance to cleared facilities to receive classified briefings.

  • Maintain compliance with the clients’ classified information sharing agreements.

What You Must Have:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience as an effective FSO, with preference for experience processing TS/SCI clearances.

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Experience managing personnel security processes as they relate to both the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and Classified Critical Infrastructure Protection Program guidelines.

  • Knowledge of FCL and DD254 issuance and renewal.

  • Ability to easily communicate with senior government clients and private industry officials, lead discussions, and confidently discuss project status and propose solutions

  • Demonstrated experience in working with clients to develop clear expectations, roles, and requirements for short and long-term projects.

  • Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated experience with relevant clearance processing platforms and software, well as the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Customer service orientation with strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

  • U.S. Citizenship required (required by federal government for position). Minimum Active Secret clearance required.
