Description We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in RICHMOND, Virginia, United States. In this role, you will be actively involved in discussions, meetings, and brainstorming sessions related to employee experience. You will also take part in employee development and work closely with Shop Managers and Supervisors on department staffing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in discussions, meetings, and brainstorming sessions related to employee experience

• Engage in the development of office employees as required

• Collaborate with Shop Managers and Supervisors on department staffing strategies

• Strategize ways to help employees' personal growth through IDP’s, coaching, and other avenues

• Work closely with the Technical Training Coordinator for the progressing needs of shop personnel

• Monitor and recommend shop employee training & assessments

• Strategize on internal candidates based on their strengths and abilities

• Participate in the development, monitoring, and improvement of shop employees through the IDP process

• Provide support, training, and guidance for Shop Managers, Supervisors, and Leads related to the IDP process

• Conduct and participate in 90-Day IDP meetings and annual IDP meetings with Employee, Manager, Supervisors, and/or Leads

• Track employee progress in our database as employees work through IDP goals

• Act as an active team player, willing to jump in when needed to support the department

• Adapt to other duties as department needs or department structure changes

• Maintain and enhance expertise by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

• Employee Relations Requirements • Possession of a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.

• Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is necessary.

• Familiarity with Ceridian and HRMS software.

• Knowledge of About Time software is required.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing Benefit Functions.

• Experience in Compensation Administration.

• Understanding and capability to ensure Compliance in HR practices.

• Ability to manage and resolve Employee Relations issues effectively.
