Minimum Qualifications: Experience in performance or quality improvement; research and evaluation techniques and management processes Familiarity with cross-functional process improvement principles Ability to establish and maintain effective and productive working relationships with management and staff within a large and complex organization Skilled in communicating effectively orally and in writing at all levels throughout the organization and facilitating group projects Ability to plan, conduct and present findings and recommendations of process improvement projects

Additional Considerations: Considerable knowledge and training in business administration, public administration, health administration or similar field PMP certification
