Description

We are seeking individuals for multiple roles for our client within their Mortgage Servicing and Mortgage Originations Operations Strategy teams, primarily based in Riverwoods/Chicago.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operation strategies relating to mortgage servicing or mortgage origination.

• Manage third-party vendors and monitor contract management.

• Own and manage processes relating to Loss Mitigation, Escrow, Forced Placed Insurance, or other areas as applicable to the role.

• Innovate and re-engineer deliverable channels towards operational goals.

• Ensure streamlined and differentiated customer experiences.

• Monitor and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management.

• Independently contribute while reporting to a Senior Manager.

• Lead initiatives and develop strategic enhancements.

• Manage analytical initiatives to evaluate strategies, policies, and procedures.

• Recruit, develop, and coach talent to identify, manage, and escalate risk.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in mortgage servicing or origination operations strategy.

• Demonstrated understanding of related processes such as loan boarding and collections, escrow, and forced placed insurance.

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to manage and coordinate teams.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Adeptness at risk management and escalation.

• Experience in vendor oversight and contract management.

• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.

• Willingness to work in a hybrid work setting, primarily based in Riverwoods/Chicago. Some roles may open to national candidates.

• Capability to work independently, while effectively reporting to a Senior Manager.
