Description

We are offering a unique opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator located in Roanoke, Virginia. The role involves managing front desk operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and coordinate front desk operations to ensure smooth functioning

• Organize workspace, ensuring it remains clean, tidy, and conducive for work

• Answer incoming calls, providing information or directing calls to the appropriate personnel

• Arrange meetings and events, coordinating necessary logistics and details

• Manage facility services, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in good working order

• Perform receptionist duties, welcoming guests and clients to the office

Requirements

• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

• Previous experience in receptionist duties or a similar role is required.

• Proficiency in using office equipment such as fax machines, printers, and photocopiers.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

• Customer service experience is a plus.
