Position description 2 year commitment from your start date Responsible for cleaning, disinfection, preparation, processing and distribution of sterile and non-sterile medical supplies and equipment. Performs technical details according to written policies and procedures. Maintains expertise in all aspects of area activities. Monitors QA/QC activities and the physical environment. Participates in continuous improvement processes. Completes other duties as assigned.
Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. On the job training is provided. Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
Additional qualifications Will be required to stand and walk all of the scheduled shifts. Occassionally lifting of 68 pounds.
License or certification New Union Hires will have 18 months to achieve CRCST (Certified Registered Central Services Tech) Certification
Exemption status Non-exempt
Compensation Detail Minimum rate is $17.47 based upon union contract.

Schedule details Monday - Friday, Evenings, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, some weekends
Weekend schedule 1 of 3 weekends
