Nick Pignato is offering a unique opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the Construction/Contractor industry. The role is based in Rochester, New York and requires a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of invoices, communicating with vendors regarding issues, and utilizing various systems to maintain accurate accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process a high volume of invoices, with a majority being PO based invoices

• Communicate with vendors to resolve any issues that may arise

• Utilize systems such as Acumatica, Oracle, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel for data entry and invoice processing

• Ensure all account reconciliations and check runs are completed accurately

• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions

• Leverage skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP to perform tasks effectivelyNick

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable Clerk role or similar position within the construction/contractor industry

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in Check Runs and Coding Invoices

• Strong data entry skills

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in using Oracle for accounting tasks

• Familiarity with QuickBooks software

• Experience in using SAP for accounting tasks

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Basic understanding of construction/contractor industry financials.
