This position is remote eligible for up to 40% of the time. Hours are typically Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.
Pay:
Starting Salary: $98,000 Pay Range: $86,642 - 109,227
Purpose:
Manage, lead, and guide key business initiatives utilizing ESL’s standard project management methodology.
Accountabilities:
Manages medium to large scale, strategic projects using a consistent methodology to coordinate activities, schedule resources, and ensure completion within scope, time, and budget
Responsible for complex projects ranging from product, process, and system investigations to implementations
Able to run projects using agile and waterfall methodologies
Ensures that a strong partnership exists with internal and external partners
Responsible for effective client interactions that result in a high degree of client satisfaction
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication skills
Provides a high degree of accessibility to business unit clients as well as vendors and consultants
Assist the Project Management Office Manager to continually enhance and improve the ESL Project Management methodology
- Ongoing professional development to enhance personal career growth as well as enhancing project management hard and soft skills
Mentoring of Project Coordinators
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of directly related experience
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, including:
Managing cross-functional teams of at least 10 participants
Managing projects longer than 6 months
Managing projects requiring complex analysis and problem solving
Managing projects resulting in presentation of recommendations and roadmaps
Demonstrated effectiveness and proficiency for the following competencies:

In-depth understanding of effective project management principles and processes

Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills and ability to recognize and escalate issues
Strong planning and organizational skills
PMP Certification preferred
Certified Scrum Master preferred
Knowledge of banking products and services preferred
