Responsibilities: Leads and plans the activities of a team that develops, transforms, and models data and/or data-based systems to provide insights, enable decision making and improve performance. Designs visualization and systems for consumption of analytical results; transforms raw data into actionable information. Identifies, communicates, and quantifies opportunities for leveraging analytics solutions and applying data analytics. Acts as liaison with decision makers by providing data-informed strategic direction, and as a liaison with subject matter experts to obtain data sets and set expectations for potential of data analytics. Optimizes organization's data collection, management, and utilization strategy. Communicates the potential impact of analyses and applicable data privacy policies, procedures, and regulation. Responsible for the functional management of a diverse team of engineers, includes performance management and career development activities. A successful track record of program performance, interpersonal team building skills, and management experience. Basic Qualifications: 6 years of relevant experience with Bachelors in STEM Degree in either Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science. At least 1 year experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule Experience with the following Alteryx, Python, SQL, Kubernetes, Streamlit, Web Applications, SAP HANA, and CostPoint Cognos Stakeholder and Customer relationship management Preferred Qualifications: Master of Science in Data or Computer Science Experience with individual contributor performance assessments. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning skills with the ability to solve issues and predict potential programmatic and technical risks. General understanding of NG Cross team functional team Working knowledge and/or experience across engineering disciplines Ability to identify and capture stakeholder value creation from data analytics solutions Predictive Analytics Machine Learning Lean Six Sigma Familiarity with Agile Salary Range: $119,300 - $207,100
